The Rain Princess is peculiar.

This is the story of a little girl, who conquered the right to be the rain princess for her ingenuity and imagination. The girl's name was Elinda and it turns out that one very rainy day was at home with four other girls and their three brothers. Besides them, there were Melinda’s parents and a couple of their friends.

The rain had no time to stop and children's games were running out. The children were bored and then the adults devised a plan to keep them entertained. We will do a play in which each one will have a role - proposed the friend of Elinda’s father. Everyone accepted gladly, but the girls, when they discovered that the work would be princesses, began to argue among themselves, because they all wanted to playing the leading role of the beautiful princess. "Don't fight," said the man who working as the director of the play. All can be princesses because our work will have five and not one like all the stories.

The girls looked surprised, because they did not understand how there could be a story with five princesses. The adults debated among themselves to see how to solve the stretch and create an argument with five little princesses. Thus, they explained that in the region of history there would indeed be five little princesses and that they would alternate the primacy in correspondence with the state of time in the kingdom.

One would reign in the rainy days, another in the sunny days, one in the foggy ones, another one in which it snowed a lot and, finally, one for the cloudy ones. The girls accepted gladly, but when they realized they would play on a rainy day they began to argue again.

 Everyone wanted to be the rain princess, the healthy fight was enjoyed by the boys and adults, who laughed at the whims of the girls. However, the director of the working  proposed his idea to end the discussion. They would do a casting, and that little girl who best dramatized the rain princess would have the role.

Elinda, who stood out for her imagination and creativity, decided that it was best to ask the rain. Thus, he went to watch the rain, which stubbornly refused to stop falling and allow the day to clear up. After a few minutes of observation, Elinda came back into the house and said, "Ready, I know how to be the rain princess." Without saying anything else, he took a sheet and climbed onto the makeshift stage. He placed the sheet on top of it and began to move from top to bottom, which rain was falling and suddenly he lay on the floor of the stage, where he began to bang progressively with his fingers, simulating the rain that fell on the outside of the home.

Elinda put so much effort into his interpretation, that when he finished, he discovered himself and saw that he had left both adults and other girls and boys speechless. Thus, no one doubted that the role of the rain princess corresponded to her and all together they executed a beautiful work, in which no princess was more important than another, but it was that of the rain the most recognized by creativity and Elinda’s imagination, the little girl she did like that princess.
